Jupiter XX's got the Amazing Alex Mills

On Saturday June 1st, The Jupiter will have very special guest Alex Mills (Tricky, Basement Jaxx, Wiley) singing alongside J. Maizlish Mole, yoB and the Jupiter House Band.

Alex Mills is one of London's great hidden treasures, a writer of ingenious pop and soul classics with the voice of an R&B angel. She will be joining the Jupiter with her songs, her big beautiful voice and her guitarist and co-writer Alex Patten.

Californian singer/songwriter J. Maizlish Mole has been busy in the studio working on new tracks. He co-hosts the Jupiter with Gobby-folk phenomenon yoB, who is releasing a new song every month this year as part of his #YearoftheyoB campaign.

As ever we'll have the fabulous Jupiter House Band – Tom Ash, Pete Fraser, Bobby Groves, Gustavo CM, Tomoya Forster, yoB & Mole, and special guest drummer Lex Roszkowiak.

Alice & Isabel Return for Jupiter IXX

We're pleased to announce that on May 4th the Jupiter Club will have two very special guests – Isabel Munoz Newsome (of ADA), and Alice Ballantine (of Kidnap Alice), alongside Jupiter co-founders yoB and J. Maizlish Mole.

Isabel was our guest last December and her hypnotic, melodic voice and songs defy generic description. For anyone who missed her in December, she is hard to catch and not to be missed. Alice Ballantine has the earthy, ancient voice of a folk legend, the voice of the much-loved hybrid british bluegrass band Kidnap Alice.

April Brings Alex Cox

On 6 April the Jupiter will see the return of the great Alex Cox (of Wild Wolves, Vincent Vincent & the Villains, etc.), alongside J. Maizlish Mole and the Jupiter House Band. And of course DJ Giles Atkinson plays records into the small hours. Be there or be L7.

In Walks Alice, March 2nd

We're pleased to announce that we'll be joined by the great Alice Ballantine of Kidnap Alice for the upcoming March Jupiter, as well as songs from Jupiter hosts J. Maizlish Mole and yoB. As ever we'll have the fabulous Jupiter House Band – Felix Weldon, Tom Ash, Bobby Groves and the double saxes of Gustavo CM and Tomoya Forster.

Also present will be the Jupiter's great original house DJ Giles Atkinson. Late bar till 3am. The first Saturday of every month at The George Tavern, all year round.
